2. These terms
These terms apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy (https://www.yaaduna.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products contain alcohol and are flammable; please use them as directed on the packaging.

4. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We take care to show prices correctly. If we find an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Products
We describe our products, notes and ingredients as accurately as we can. Colours of bottles and packaging may look slightly different on screen. Ingredient lists are shown on each product page and on the packaging; please check them if you have allergies or sensitivities, and patch-test before full use.

7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel, return goods and claim for faulty goods are set out in our Refund Policy and are in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

10. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, introduce viruses or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to Yaaduna London Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

11. Reviews and comments
If you submit reviews or comments, you confirm they are honest and lawful and you grant us permission to display them on our website and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything not delivered.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
