SHIPPING POLICY

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. International shipping is temporarily paused; we will update this page when it resumes.

Free UK standard delivery on orders over £40.

For orders under £40, and for any faster delivery options, the available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We process orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders received outside these hours are processed on the next working day. Where an express option is offered at checkout, orders must be placed before 1pm on a working day to be processed that day; express orders placed after 1pm on Friday are processed on Monday.

Delivery times

UK standard delivery usually arrives within 4-5 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Our courier

We send all UK orders with Evri, and you'll get tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Problems with your delivery

If your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, please email yaadunalondon@gmail.com with your order number. Your rights for damaged or faulty items are explained in our Refund Policy.
